Weekend Review {3/30}

I'm gonna be honest, all the days spent in front of my computer are blurring into each other.  To the point that Saturday, after spending my day in front of the computer doing homework things, when I went to bed, I thought I had forgotten to log my time for work that day and I had to remind myself it was Saturday, not a work day... because I had actually done a few work things on Saturday...  Work times blur into not work times and it's just such a surreal world I'm living in now.

FRIDAY

Work things. School things. Dog pics.

During the day my German Runner friend messaged me and asked if I was interested in doing a virtual COVID-19 run for a medal with he and his running partner.  Of course I said, OF COURSE!  So, he ordered it for me and when mail it to me when it comes.  #RunningGang goes international!

In addition, I enabled my domestic #RunningGang to agree to do a virtual run all "together" to earn a virtual run medal.  I'm not sorry for the way I am, mmkkay?

Eventually, Teh German came home and we agreed to go pick up Sesame for dinner and take it to my office to eat since they are down the street.  Sadly, Sesame has completely closed, which was the true motivation for going there for dinner.  After dinner, we did a long loop back home to get in some riding time since it was nice out.  All.the.bugs.  I should have held a funeral service for the bugs that went SPLAT on my visor... but I didn't.  Instead, I sprayed it with windex and cleaned that bad boy off for next time.

Then, I went upstairs and took a bath and Teh German had some screen time.

Eventually, it was bedtime.

SATURDAY

Saturday was homework day.  I spent over 6 hours in front of the computer doing computer science/databases stuff and I didn't hate it.  I'm actually pretty sure I finished my final project soooo that was also not a disappointment.  I wanted to get some German hw done, but there was just so much of it that I couldn't even force myself to start it (after speaking with a classmate, she was in the same boat).

In the evening, we did some social distance socializing with Teh PT Husband/Wife.  We were going to order dinner at Wild Wing Cafe, but the online system wasn't working and they didn't answer the phone.. so then I repeated the same process at Texas Roadhouse and finally Teh PT Wife was like, fuck this, I'm driving to Zaxby's and I tagged along.  When we got there, we were able to pull in off the street and stop, because the drive thru line was that long.  See photo for evidence.

We put in an online order sitting in the drive thru line and picked it up at the window.  That was nice.

After dinner, it was back porch time for a while until we all got tired, then it was bedtime.

SUNDAY

Sunday at 0800, the Runner Gang had agreed to run our virtual run.  Teh PT Wife and I ran together and she endured almost 7 miles because I was tracking a new course for myself.

After the run, I took the dogs on a 1 mile loop.  When I got home, Teh German was Skyping with his mom, but I headed upstairs for a shower.  After he finished up his call, I made breakfast and then we set about doing our tasks.  Me: laundry, etc crap, then to the computer for homework.  IDK what Teh German did.

Teh German ended up going out on a ride while I attempted to do German homework, but instead spent 2 hours texting with various people and then forced myself to do German homework because there was just so much of it I had to accomplish something

Teh German came home and we had dinner and then after being unsuccessful at getting my German video to play on his phone (for casting to the TV so we could suffer through it together), it was decided that I needed a break from all the work and school things and we could watch something together that wasn't related to any of my problems.

So we started watching Tiger King and we're 2 or 3 episodes in and I don't get the hype.

Eventually, it was bedtime.

______________________________________________

This week is more school and work.  This is the worst Corona-cation EVER.  These weirdos have went about their normal operations (ignoring me) now that they realize I'm here all the time.

I'm over all school things.  To the point that I'm curious if I do no more homework for the entire semester and just do tests/quizzes/finals, how badly will it tank my grades and will I still graduate with some type of honors?

If I allotted myself one day for each final I have to take (3 days, which is extremely generous since I could probably knock them all out in a day), then I could be done with school by May 30th.  The only kink in that plan is that PITA Professor is very inflexible and I imagine him doing some shit like "holding" our exam on the day it was scheduled for (May 4th), even though no one is on a fucking time table and needs classrooms anymore.  Siiiiigh.

Maybe I'm impatient because my routine is so off and the month of March has lasted approximately 4958928402 days.  Either way, I'm ready for the out like a lion, in like a lamb.

Five on Friday #222

EINS - Random Shit

The day before classes started (so Tuesday), I had a crisis about what I would actually DO with my computer science degree. I mean, full on CRISIS.  What started it was a tempting tech writer position in my LinkedIn inbox (which I never check).  Actually, what started it was this Women in Cybersecurity conference in March, since I signed onto LinkedIn to add that I was a member of the WiCyS group on my profile page, then I saw the message, and then I was like, hrm I should look up computer science jobs.. and then I did and was like, but I can't do any of these jobs.

So that's where we are in life.

I finally purchased my flights for Denver this week.  I won't be pocketing much of that stipend I'm getting for going, which is a bummer.  I'm still hoping I can talk to someone at work about the conference and see if I can get some expenses paid.  Fingers crossed.

Teh German started his new job on Monday and we're still dealing with that situation I've been vague about for a month.  I swear that once it is all worked out I will stop being vague about it.

________________________________________

After waiting (im)patiently all week, Teh German and I received the email we've been waiting for that was the breeze that blew the dark cloud from over our heads.

So here's the situation I've been vague about for the last month.

Teh German landed a new job in December.  When he told the German company he worked for that he was quitting without fulfilling his contractually obligated 60 day termination notice (yes, that's exactly the same reaction everyone else had to that statement too), they set out to make an example of him (per the CHS CEO).  What could have been worked out prior to Christmas stretched halfway into January, causing quite a bit of stress in our lives.

We talked to so.many.people about this situation, from my company's HR/recruitment team to legal professionals from other states to people who logic-ed out the situation the same way I and everyone else did: SC is an at-will employment state and Teh German's contract was for an unspecified length of time, thus making him an at-will employee.

Because Teh German was breaking his employment contract, the company decided to threaten him with "consequences" that they would never specify, despite us point blank asking what said consequences would be.  Threats from "German law is higher precedence than US/SC law" (incorrect) to "owing $50,000 in loss for the company" (wtf?) to "having to pay for an external trainer to come and train someone to move into his position" (wut?) to "having to pay for someone to go to training" (despite 2 someone else's having already been to the training).  There was no straight answer and I was relieved when they finally hired a local lawyer to move forward.  And then we hired a lawyer too because there are few things that freak me out more than when I second-guess myself about things I was extremely confident about... like Teh German being an at-will employee, and anything related to legalities.

Fun fact, in SC, if you've signed any type of employment contract, you are NOT an at-will employee.  This is less of a fun type of fact, considering the situation.  BUT, everything I'd read online said that it was NOT worth it for a company to sue an employee for not fulfilling a termination notice.  THAT fact, I was confident about.  I also pointed out to Teh German that it makes even less sense to hold the quality manager against his will since that person could do considerable damage to the company, if they chose (not that Teh German would ever do this because he's a better person than me).

Despite my confidence, and everyone else's advice of the situation, the lawyer we hired point blank said that Teh German was definitely breaking the contract and was in the wrong, which clarified on that at-will situation that had been a grey area.  Even after hiring the lawyer, the following/this week was stressful.  The attorney had to respond to the letter they send Teh German saying that his notice wasn't accepted, which was delivered on Monday.  Since we're dealing with German time and east coast time, that was another complication.  When we had met with our attorney last week, Teh German explained the situation, offered to give up his remaining vacation days, and offered to train the person that was taking his job on Saturdays.

For the last week and half, we've been in a weird state of trying not to worry that they would actually fulfill their statement of making Teh German an example for other employees trying to quit without fulfilling their contract.  We have been worried about legal things with this situation stretching on for months to years.  Not only would it cost THEM a lot of money, but also us in trying to fight them.  I prayed that it wouldn't be worth it for them.  PRRRAAAYYYED and prayed and prayed and prayed and send up positive vibes and only discussed the situation with limited individuals as to not jinx us (because I'm not superstitious, but I'm a little-stitious, you know).

Our attorney spoke with their attorney and our attorney presented some facts that their attorney was not aware of: 1- Someone else had already completed the training, they just didn't have hands-on experience, 2- Teh German had trained the person replacing him for 3 days prior to his last day, 3- Teh German had offered to NOT take his post-Christmas scheduled vacation to train the person replacing him but he had been told to take his vacation.

When she got back to us, she explained that at most, the German company would want him to pay for training his replacement which was $3000-5000, not chunk change, but an actual number that was manageable, considering the threats that had been floated.  We didn't really agree with this since 2 coworkers had already been through the training, but we were willing to fork over the cash to wash our hands of the situation.

Finally, Thursday (yesterday), we received an email from our attorney that the company had agreed to Teh German's suggestion of giving up his remaining vacation days and coming in for 4 Saturdays to train his replacement.  Even better, they are going to PAY HIM to train this person.  These days will help us recoup the lawyer fees we paid, which is irony at it's finest.

There are not sufficient words to describe my relief.  Actually, I was mildly-relieved when they finally gave a solid number of dollars that we could be liable for.  Getting the news that they agreed to Teh German's suggestion of Saturday training and us not owing money is like a cool breeze on a spring day, blowing the clouds that have been hanging over us since mid-December away.

Teh German refused to celebrate after he got the new job, knowing that there would be complications with the German company.  He barely even let himself be excited or happy about it.  Then add on the frustration of dealing with an organization that is outright bullying you?  It was everything in him to actually show up to work last week when things were at their worst and I do not blame him.

I'm super proud of the fact that he kept showing up and doing his job as he had always done, well past the point that I would have walked out of the building with two birds blazing on each hand while yelling at everyone to suck my dick.  Teh German is well known for his asshole-ish-ness, so for him to hold his head high and not let their bullying provoke any reactions from him is crazy impressive to me.

His new job seems to be providing a challenge that he was looking for and he now works on a team which wasn't the case at the German company.  He has already provided positive impact on ways of doing things that will make processes more simple and save time, thus saving money.  I know there will be struggles eventually, but after emerging from the dreary cloud over us for the last month, I'm going to take this win and run with it.

It's not a secret that Trump is my least favorite president.  Also not a secret is that I'm a huge Elizabeth Warren and/or Andrew Yang fan.  Obviously, no candidate will meet all my various opinions, but I was interested after Ali posted the Washington Post "Which Democrat candidate do you agree with most?" quiz.

If that is difficult to read, I will embarrassingly admit that the candidate that I had the most same views with was Steyer, which is semi-hilarious because the only reason I know of this dude is because 1- he spoke the least at the democratic debate that I watched last year, 2- Teh PT Kid (and Teh PT Husband) HATES this guy because of all his ads on all things media related.

I have only FOUR classes this semester and one of them is research, so it kinda doesn't count, but it does because I will have to do things for it, even if we only meet once a week.  I'm not used to having this light of a load.  Ironically, already this semester I've heard of 2 classes I wish I could take, siiiiigh.

Classes this semester are:
-Databases, my lone computer science class with PITA Professor
-Statistics
-German
-Data science research

It has been incredibly warm in all of the classrooms on campus this week.  It was so warm in our Stats classroom that we opened the windows, but then the HVAC outside kicked on and it was so loud we had to close the windows.  At which point the instructor said, it's too hot in here to learn, so we'll just go over the syllabus and start lectures next Tuesday.

We all looked around at each other like, "Is this really happening?"  It was.  We were finished with class at 0830.  I spent the time until my German class being productive.  I took some Megan Time (aka, I went to the bathroom), stopped by Starbucks for a treat, called and made a VA appointment, had my labs sent from the OB-GYN to the VA clinic, and checked the internets for things.

A coworker's boyfriend had flowers delivered to her at work, a huge bouquet of lilies.  Guess what I'm allergic to?  Lilies.  Fun.  Soooo, I told my boss that I was going home to telework because I didn't want to make it awkward.  NBD.

I get home and the guy pressure washing the house was blocking the entire driveway, so I parked on the street.  When I got inside, I realized the internet wasn't working.  I reset the router.  I reset the modem then the router.  I flipped individual breakers.  I flipped the breaker for the ENTIRE HOUSE.  I went outside and inspected the cable box on the outside of the house.  I gave up.  I used my phone as a mobile hotspot to check my email and make sure I hadn't missed anything.

Since the pressure washing guy was gone, I decided to move Willow to the garage... and the garage door wouldn't open.  Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.  So I backed Willow into the driveway at least and tried to troubleshoot again.  I finally located the GFCI outlet that was tripped in the garage and reset it.  Nothing.  I unplugged one item and tried to reset it, nothing.  I unplugged the other item and tried to reset it, nothing.  I got the step stool and unplugged the stuff in the ceiling outlet and reset it, nothing.  Then I texted Teh German about the situation, completely out of ideas of how to fix it.  I explained that I was trying to fix it prior to him coming home so he wouldn't have to be frustrated over it, he said I'd done everything he would have done.  I even sent him a snap of me resetting the GFCI outlet.  He said it was NBD and I opted for a nap because I had overwhelmed myself.

When Teh German got home, he went into the garage and did exactly the same thing I did and it fucking worked.  The internet came up, the garage door opened.  Part of me was annoyed, but most of me was just relieved that it was fixed.  I had him show me exactly what he had done and it was exactly what I had done, so I didn't feel bad.  We have no idea why he fixed it, but we were both glad.  Also, fuck home ownership.

Diablo.

If you are ever in Charleston, you NEED to visit Park Circle Creamery and get the Lemon Crunch flavor.  I know I talked shit about this place a few months ago because I was never able to get service there, but I finally broke down on Wednesday and hiked down.

OMFG.  A FRESHLY MADE waffle cone with lemon ice cream?  Be still my heart.  I could eat that shiz for the rest of my lifeeeeeeee.

FÜNF - Things that made me happy this week

  1. The last semester of school starting.
  2. German class.  I wasn't able to keep up 100%, but I don't think that was expected, but we talked about the history of the German language and if you're a long time Gentle Reader, you might recall that History of Languages is my JAMMMMM.
  3. New Company hoodie, even if it is too big.
  4. "Cold" weather after over a week of temps in the mid-to-high 70s. FUCK THAT SHIT.  IT IS WINTER DAMMIT.
  5. Going to bed without Teh German.  Like, not really, but I'm insisting on taking care of myself and going to bed at MY bedtime and not waiting for Teh German to finish his scrolling/chores/Teh German Time and turning off the lights and going to sleep.  His loss.
  6. Accomplishing dog walks all week, even at the cost of running, which I cannot seem to talk myself into doing.  IDK why.  I need some serious motivation though.
  7. Birthday celebration plans.  I need to make some calls, buttttttt here's a hint: a rage room.
  8. A surprise donut from Duck Donuts as a treat for bringing a coworker to the airport Thursday afternoon.
  9. Open windows to cool the house down.
  10. BISON FILET for dinner tonight and celebrating Teh German's new job, FINALLY, since things with the German company are handled, we are allowed to be happy/excited about the new job.

Happy Friday, Gentle Readers.

Weekend Review {12/16}

FRIDAY

I stayed home Friday morning and used the allotted time for a final to complete an online test that had been posted for a week, but I just hadn't had the time to accomplish.  It was fabulous to not have to get up and drive to somewhere and deal with all the CHS traffic.  After my test was finished, I messaged my PM and asked if it was necessary for me to come into the office because it was raining and I hadn't had to go to school for my exam since it was online, so could I just stay home, plskthx?

After getting a yes, I prepped lunch with a side of hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows and peppermint schnapps.

I managed to get so much accomplished around the house: making up the guest room for Matilda, laundry, swapping the chairs in the guest rooms.. etc.  It was fabulous.

Matilda arrived before we had to leave for my Company holiday party so we chatted as much as possible since it had been a year since we'd seen each other in person.  Teh German and I headed out to downtown for the holiday party, which was a bust, IMO.  It was supposed to be a murder mystery show, but our table couldn't hear to keep up with what was happening + an open bar = we were fucked.

We passed on the post-party-party and headed home since I had a race the next morning and Teh German isn't really partaking right now.

When we got home, Matilda was already in the bed, I laid out my race outfit and then it was bedtime for us too.

SATURDAY

Saturday morning the alarm went off at 0430.  It wasn't my favorite thing.  We were out the door by 0500 and headed to Kiawah.  We had our packets picked up and were settled in the common room by 0645.  Since the race didn't start until 0800, we chatted and while Matilda did her thing, I rested my eyes.  Then it was time for the race to start!

I stuck with Matilda at her pace and we ended up doing intervals of run/walks, which was fine.  We finished at 3:12:16.  I stayed with Matilda since she peer pressured me into the race and because she came all the way to Charleston to hang out with me and a good time wasn't more important than hanging out.

That said, for the Charleston Half, I'm running on my own because I want to see what my time is. Fingers crossed for under 2:30!

While Matilda took care of some post race business, I stretched and sent selfies to Teh Bestie and Husband.

I HAD to take a photo with Santa when we passed him because I had garnered so much attention during the race for being dressed as an elf.

After getting back to the car, we headed to Vicious Biscuit to meet Teh German for brunch.  By the time we made it home it was after 2:30.  After showers it was almost 4pm and that was too late for a post race nap.  Ironic, since I fell asleep on the couch at 7.  Oops.  This did not stop me from going to sleep at 11.

SUNDAY

Originally, we had planned to go to brunch on Sunday, but I couldn't decide on a place and I really wanted a potato skillet and we had all the ingredients, so Teh German and I agreed to make breakfast instead.  No photos because I was too excited, but trust me, fried potatoes + crumbled sausage + over medium eggs (+ cilantro for me) was DELICIOUS.. and I didn't have to pay restaurant prices or settle on substitutions.  #WIN

I had gotten up with the dogs and started studying for my Sunday final and took a break to make breakfast.  After breakfast, Matilda headed out and I headed back to the office to continue making my cheat sheet for my exam.

The final exam was at 1pm and it took a little over an hour.  After the exam, I headed to Walmart to pick up a few items (brownies, ice cream, a congrats card, and a gift cert).  Of course, despite my patience, it was not enough when I had to stand in line at customer service for almost 20 minutes for the gift cert.  Then when I got home the dogs acted like they had never seen me and my patience was too low for that.  TLDR, I had a mood swing probably because PMS is real.

I had my final final (ha) on Monday morning, so I tried to study for that and was mostly unsuccessful.  Eventually, Teh German and I made dinner (me: red cabbage, Teh German: schnitzel), ate, and then I whipped up some brownies and headed to the office to study while they baked.

It wasn't until after the brownies were finished that I finally started seriously studying.  I put in the most effort I could for the burned out state I have reached in regards to 2019/school.  It was full on "come what may" when I went to bed.

______________________________________________

First thing Monday was my exam and here's my post-final final selfie for your enjoyment.

DUN with this classroom and this shit.

In a fantastic turn of events, the Chiro's office called me as I walked to my car after my final.  She was reminding me of my appointment (which we had a mix up about last time) and notified me that the 1000 appointment cancelled and asked if I wanted that appointment. YAS, YAS I DO.  So I ended up getting a massage for over 2 hours (since I really needed it and because I paid for it).  #NOTSORRY

-This week is a regular work week!
-We will be having dinner with School Spouse and his fiance on Tuesday evening to deliver their baby/graduation/wedding/all things gift.
-Teh German's company holiday party is Friday.
-Teh PT Wife and I will be doing the Cocoa Cup 5k on Saturday morning.

I plan on getting a puzzle out soon and finishing up Dark Age this week, fingers crossed.  I'm at 44/50 books for the year and I might just press through some Audible short stories to meet my goal on principle and to also clear out my library of unfinished titles.

Over the break I plan on doing some running (when it's not hot AF (see: over 70°F)) and being lazy AF.  We'll be home this Christmas, which is exciting.  As a Merry Christmas to us, our new backsplash is being installed on the 23/24th.  Work will be having PJ days over the next 2 weeks (thank you, Self, for spearheading that morale boosting event).  I'm ready to relax some and not have to feel like I need to manage all the things at all the times.  My brain is already sighing.

Happy Holiday Season, Gentle Readers.

Weekend Review {12/02}

FRIDAY

Friday was tattoo day.  I switched up the concept a little and I'm not disappointed.  Originally, I had said no color.. and I made myself a liar.  Oh well.

It was a long day.  I made it home by 11 (yes, pm), and it was put my shit down and bedtime.

SATURDAY

Saturday was productive day.  We had a slow start.  Once I finally got up, I had breakfast and placed the grocery orders and started on homework... and by that I mean, I managed to probably screw up some stuff for our group project that I don't know how to undo.  Oops.  I finally quit while I was ahead.  I finished up my final paper for another class.  When Teh German came in from mowing the yard, I finally gave up on trying to be school productive.

Teh German and I agreed to go to Sesame for dinner and then go pick up the grocery orders.  Our server at Sesame was an absolute nightmare, which makes me sad because this seems to be the trend of late.  We managed to pick up our groceries at both Sam's and Walmart and then headed home.

When we got home, it was dog snuggle and Modern Family time and eventually, bedtime.

SUNDAY

Sunday morning was another slow start.  Since I knew that trying to do homework would only result in 1- my frustration, 2- me fucking more shit up, I opted to stay away from the computer for the day.  Instead, we had a disagreement about paint and then we ended up still going to Lowe's to get paint samples.  We also bought a fake tree, which I thought would never happen since Teh German has always been #TeamRealTree.  What this really means is that one day he'll relent and let me put my childhood ornaments on the downstairs tree.  This was not that day.

The other thing we purchased at Lowe's was an appointment for someone to come put in a backsplash in the kitchen.  I'm not sure what home improvement bug crawled up my ass and died to motivate me in all these ways, but fucking FINALLY.

When we got home from Lowe's, we unloaded Baloo and Teh German moved Suzi out of the way so I could unearth the Christmas totes from the storage closet.  Teh German set up his new fake tree and I did the other house decorations.

My absolute favorite part of pulling out the Christmas decorations is these dog antlers that I purchased for Phil a millionty years ago.  Meri absolutely hates these things and I expected the same reaction from Pax.  Nope, he was cool as a cucumber.  Meri was as awkward as always.

When you corner your husband and hold the fake mistletoe over your head for forced kisses.
#ThisIsMarriage

Final results of our efforts:

Teh German was done with his decorating way before I was.  He enjoyed a cigar outside with Teh PT Husband while I enjoyed a Trap Christmas* Spotify playlist and continuing my decorating ministrations.

Despite having such a busy day, when we finally went to bed, I couldn't get to sleep and once I did, my sleeps were shitty.  #HateHateHate

*I like Christmas music, but I hate hearing what sounds like the same versions over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.. so the trap versions are a great alternative for me when I'm not in the mood for classic Christmas.. and I get to shake my booty to Christmas music... #WinWin

______________________________________________

A very unintentional productive weekend.  I am excited to start putting paint swipes on the walls, but due to decorating, it didn't happen.  I could have done some swipes then decorated while the brushes dried, but it was just too much effort and I wanted to focus on ONE thing (a rare occurrence for me), so that's what I did.

I'm pumped the Christmas decorations are up because once the semester ends, I'm not going to want to do anything, which is usually why Christmas decorations have been minimal in years past.  Also, I need to do it when I'm feeling in the spirit, which was Sunday.  So it's d.u.n.

The backsplash purchase was a splurge.  Teh German has been talking about doing it himself for a while... but honestly, it seemed like a real frustrating project to me and when I saw that you can pay Lowe's to contract someone to do it for you for only $300, I was sold.  This means #1: no frustrated German noises that put me in crisis/disaster recovery mode.. but also: no frustrated measuring, no multiple trips to buy more of an item, having someone else get all the necessary items and then.. THEY DO IT FOR US.  Like, #MINDBLOWN.  We have a house account for things exactly like this AND this was a planned home improvement that we just hadn't made happen yet.  Soooo, trigger pulled.

Paint swatches probably won't happen until next week or later, depending on how school productive I can be this week.  We'll see.  I want to put random paint swatches on the walls though, so the motivation is there, but I'm lacking in time because the end of the semester is barreling through my life like the Amtrak train.  Truthfully, it's not that I've got that much going on, but I have 2 big projects that aren't complete.  Both are partner/group projects, one just needs to be done and we're working on it (now), but had some HUGE technical set backs when my partner's power supply in his desktop blew AND he, inconveniently, left his laptop charger in GA over Thanksgiving.  The other project is a disaster.  I have no idea what I'm actually doing because test-driven/behavior-driven development is theoretically cool, but my worst nightmare in Ruby on Rails.. and if none of that made any sense to you, it's fine... same.

The best news from this hell semester is that I only have 2 final exams, since the rest of my classes had final projects.  I'm hoping that one of them will be online since our scheduled exam time is on a Sunday at 1pm.. WTTFF?? Thanks, Obama Hurrication.

And finally... there's a horrible combination of no-fucks-to-give + senioritis that I'm enduring right now.. and the struggle is rreeeeaaaallllllllllllllll.

This week includes:
-Computer Science major test
-Friday test
-project screenshots (for the project we have had all semester, but started Monday, it's college, mkay?)

Next week is the final week of class.  #JesusTaketheWheel.
